The Challenge

Laurel Hall has been a part of Indiana’s historical landscape since 1916. Originally built as the home to one of Indiana’s wealthiest families, Laurel Hall today is one of the most beautiful settings for weddings and events in the greater Indianapolis area.

The team at Laurel Hall reached out to Radius because the venue was slow to gain traction with weddings and events. Laurel Hall wanted to launch a campaign to better educate the public on their hidden gem location, which includes a gorgeous, intimate outdoor setting perfect for gathering, enjoying meals or breath-taking photography. Inside the venue, the historic charm and detailed accents are spread across rooms that vary in style and size, from small boardrooms to large conference centers. Radius’ job was to better showcase Laurel Hall as the beautiful and functional venue we knew it to be.

Radius Delivered

The first task for Radius was to launch a brand-new website for Laurel Hall, which now features an interactive 3D tour and engaging photography to showcase the visual beauty of the venue. Radius also developed organized presentations that outlined Laurel Hall’s compelling features and benefits, helping the event team follow a smoother sales process.

To simplify things for the target audience, Radius developed resources and tools that would help clients plan their next event at Laurel Hall. These tools included the Wedding Guidebook, which serves as a general resource for bridges planning their big day. The goal was to provide value and assistance during the planning journey, rather than pushy, sales-focused messages. To help Laurel Hall expand their focus beyond wedding events, Radius created a Corporate Event sales packet and toolkit, which captured the versatility of the venue and positioned Laurel Hall as an ideal spot for business events.
