The Challenge
CulturaLink has become a growing force in the healthcare industry in the past few years, providing training, interpretation, and translation solutions for healthcare organizations in the US. Their goal is to improve patient-centered care and create an effective, diverse workforce through services focused on diversity, inclusion, and cultural competence.
Over time, Culturalink had built a solid base of healthcare clients who used their best-in-class interpretation and translation services alongside their strategic consulting and training services. Through their experiences interacting with top healthcare organizations, CulturaLink soon discovered that the industry needed more tools to deliver better patient care.
CulturaLink tapped Radius to help with the development and promotion of two innovative tools they developed to allow healthcare organizations serve an increasingly diverse patient population – the VRI Cart (Video Remote Interpreting) Cart and their Managed Services Dashboard.

Radius Delivered
To help organizations better navigate through all of CulturaLink’s services, Radius aided in the development of the Managed Services Dashboard user interface. Additionally, the team also created an interactive training and knowledge base, which served to educate clients on how to use each of the new interpretation and translation tools at their disposal. For CulturaLink’s sales team, Radius produced a series of explainer videos that employees could use to show their services to prospects, along with printed sales materials for direct mail campaigns and in-person deliveries to potential targets.
However, Radius’ work didn’t stop once the training and sales materials were completed. CulturaLink frequently attended healthcare industry trade shows and conferences to broaden their message, so Radius took charge of coordinating their marketing displays, speaking arrangements and private events. Radius also provided marketing tools for CulturaLink’s clients designed to help them communicate their enhanced features and tools to minority, limited English proficiency patients in their communities.
