With a rapidly evolving technology landscape, more organizations were facing the need to rapidly deploy software solutions and updates across traditional computer platforms as well as the mobile device landscape. The pressure to innovate quickly caused many organizations to launch faulty solutions that cost them customers, credibility and market share.
For these companies, relying on their developer teams to troubleshoot the software was clearly not working. iLab worked with Radius to educate the market on the importance of using an independent quality assurance team to review and stress test all software solutions.

Radius’ first task was to position iLab as the more innovative, technology-focused brand that their customers would expect from a software quality assurance team. We rebranded iLab with a bold logo, modern color scheme and focused brand statements. Radius also developed a new website, which serves as iLab’s educational content hub and lead generation tool. With new branded tools in place, Radius set about creating a number of marketing videos that helped capture consumers’ attention in the marketplace.

To address organizations’ need for mobile device software solutions, Radius helped iLab establish a second brand, the Mobile Testing Lab. The Radius team created another suite of sales materials for the new brand, allowing iLab to market directly to companies looking for a software compliance provider for mobile devices.
