The Challenge

When Radius first met with Sanctuary Wealth, they were an emerging wealth management company looking to help their new teams of financial advisors seamlessly transition their business to Sanctuary’s platform. Unlike traditional wealth management firms, Sanctuary offers their teams more freedom and flexibility to serve their clients how they feel is best. As more financial advisors joined the Sanctuary family, Sanctuary wanted to offer them resources they could distribute to clients that would explain the benefits of Sanctuary and ease any anxieties they had.

Sanctuary Wealth approached Radius to create these informative and engaging materials. Sanctuary knew video may be the best way to deliver their message, and they tasked Radius with developing a content plan that would walk their advisors’ clients through the transition to Sanctuary.

Radius Delivered

To create a smooth transition to Sanctuary for both advisors and clients, Radius developed a list of questions to ask the advisor teams in interview-style videos. Topics ranged from the challenges of their former wealth management platform to the advantages of a more independent relationship with Sanctuary. As new advisor teams were added, Radius traveled to their hometowns, crisscrossing the country from San Francisco to Raleigh to conduct interviews and gather video footage.

From the video footage, Radius created four individual videos for each team of advisors to be periodically distributed to clients throughout the transition process. Because the videos would primarily be shared via email, Radius also designed email graphics and written content to accompany the video links. With this bank of professional yet personal content at their disposal, Sanctuary’s new advisors were able to avoid repetitive questions or concerns from clients and smoothly transition more of them to their new platform.
