The Challenge

When Radius began working with OneCity Health, the organization had recently invested in a C-CAT assessment to determine their strengths and weaknesses in relation to diversity and inclusion. The goal of the assessment was to improve the quality of care and build stronger patient relationships at hundreds of community healthcare providers and organizations in the Greater New York City area.

After receiving feedback from the assessment, OneCity Health wanted to be transparent and share details on their progress with the public to convey their commitment to a brighter healthcare future for New York City. However, OneCity Health quickly encountered challenges as they tried to communicate their ambitious goals for improvement without dwelling on where they had fallen short of desired targets. To strike the right balance, they called on Radius to help.

Radius Delivered

To boost both public and internal awareness, Radius developed a “What If” video that imagined an ideal future of healthcare that is now possible with the proposed improvements. The video served as a motivational tool for the public, giving them a brighter and more inspiring view of New York City’s healthcare providers as a whole. Radius also created coordinating “What If” outdoor advertisements, including billboards and signage placed at bus stops and other public locations.

OneCity Health also needed a public relations and promotional tool for their campaign, which led Radius to help build WeListenNYC.com. The website featured a video outlining the specific changes to patient care, informational graphics, and positive messaging. These engaging materials ultimately served to improve public sentiment toward OneCityHealth and their healthcare partners.
